1. Digital Products and Sales

All products sold on 23andGod.com are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Licensing and Usage Rights

When you purchase a product from 23andGod, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

• Personal Use: Unless otherwise stated, all products are for personal use only. You may print them for your home, office, or personal gifts.
• Church and Ministry Use: If a specific church or ministry license is purchased (such as in our Church Starter Pack), the digital files may be used by one single church or ministry organization for their services, events, and social media.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, share the raw files, or use our designs to create commercial physical products (like t-shirts, mugs, or posters for sale).
